Sadly, we had to say goodbye to a wonderful Mom and Grandma on May 12, 2020. Brad's Mom was a woman who made sure her family was fed, and fed well! When I married Brad, she gave me some of her recipes, and the tip that he liked cherry jello with homemade whip cream. I may not be able to cook the meats like she did, but I got the jello covered! She was well known for sending us home with the giant zip-lock bags stuffed with cookies, candies, and activities for her grandkids. She sure spoiled them. The kids loved that Grandma was always interested in their lives and what they were doing, even though she asked the same questions a lot! We love and miss you Judy!

Because of Covid, large gatherings of people were not allowed. Her funeral was done over skype with family and friends, and her boys shared some fun pictures and memories to celebrate her life. The burial also had to remain small with all attendees wearing masks.
The storm cleared just at the right time. She was laid to rest up with her parents in Driggs with a fantastic view of the Teton mountains -- even though the clouds were blocking it this day. It was a very peaceful and beautiful spot.
Grandma Judy collected bears, and Brad had bought her one for Mother's Day. The package didn't get there in time, so sadly, she never received it. It was a perfect addition to the funeral and burial though, and it was put into the casket with her.
